Terms of Service

FutFun (futfun.com) is a service that trades on the EA Sports FC Ultimate Team transfer market on your behalf: the bot buys underpriced players and lists them again, from our servers, during the hours you set. By creating a FutFun account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use FutFun. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this age and that you are the holder of the EA account you connect.

By using the service you agree to the following:

• You connect only an EA account that belongs to you, and you keep its login details accurate.
• You are solely responsible for how your use of FutFun relates to the rules of third-party platforms, including EA’s own terms. Any consequence on your EA account, such as a transfer market restriction or a ban, is your responsibility.
• You keep your FutFun password and your EA login private and do not share them.
• FutFun is not liable for loss of in-game items or coins, for a trade closed at a loss, or for the market moving against a listed player.
• The service is provided as is. We do not promise a level of profit or uninterrupted operation.

FutFun is free to start. The service takes its fee only from the coins the bot earns on your account, at the rate shown inside your dashboard at the time of the trade. There is no subscription and no card on file.

You must not:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose;
• connect an EA account that is not yours, or use FutFun on behalf of someone else;
• access or modify any part of the service that is not intended for public use;
• interfere with the service or the servers that run it;
• access the service with scripts or bots of your own, or bypass its security measures;
• create accounts to abuse the invite program.

We can change or stop any part of the service at any time, and we can change these terms. The current version is always at this address. Continued use after a change means that you accept the new terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FutFun is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the service, even if we were told that such damages were possible.

You agree to indemnify and hold FutFun harmless from any claim, loss, liability or expense, including legal fees, that arises from your use of the service or from a breach of these terms.

We can suspend or close your account without notice if we believe that you breached these terms, harmed other users, or used the service in a way that puts it at risk. You can delete your FutFun account at any time by writing to us.
