Privacy Policy

FutFun (futfun.com) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we need it, and what we do with it. By using the site you consent to the collection and use of your information as described here.

• Your FutFun account — your email address and a password. The password is stored as a hash, never as text. If you sign in with Google, we receive the email address of your Google account instead of a password.
• Your EA account — the login details you enter when you connect an EA account, and the session the bot uses to trade. The bot cannot trade without them.
• Trading data — the trades the bot makes, their prices and results, your coin balance, your Vault ledger and your invite code.
• Technical data — server logs with your IP address, browser type and the time of each request, kept for security and debugging.

• to run the service: sign you in, connect your EA account and trade on it;
• to show you your trades, income and Vault inside the dashboard;
• to write to you about your account, for example to reset a password;
• to keep the service secure and to find abuse;
• to understand how the site is used, in aggregate, and to improve it.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We disclose it only when the law requires it or to answer a valid legal request.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Passwords are hashed, traffic is encrypted, and access to the servers is restricted. No method of storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The site sets two cookies of its own: one that keeps you signed in for the current session, and one that remembers you between visits when you tick “Remember me”. Both are needed for the service to work. Our analytics sets no cookies. You can delete cookies in your browser at any time, which signs you out.

• Umami — self-hosted, cookie-free analytics on our own server. It counts page views, referrers and countries in aggregate and does not identify you.
• Google — only if you choose “Continue with Google”. Google’s own privacy policy covers that sign-in.
• Discord — the site asks Discord for the number of members online in our server. That request reaches Discord’s servers and is covered by Discord’s privacy policy.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and its data. Write to us at the address below. We answer within one month.

FutFun is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We can change this policy at any time. The current version is always at this address, with the date of the last update at the top. Our Terms of service apply alongside it.
